GARDEN EXPERIENCE

Take a moment. Breathe.

The Lord is here. He knows you. He knows the desires of your heart and has been with you since you were in your mother’s womb.

He longs to be with you and to wipe away every tear from your eye. His desire is to be your perfect Father.

A Father who not only understands you fully, but, most importantly, loves you completely.

This song is in honor of all unnamed, unborn children.

As you go through the journey remembering your child, pause and listen to the song below. This piano piece was created for such a time as this.

Though some precious lives may be unknown, unseen, unborn and unnamed there is never a soul who stands nameless before God.

Redemption’s Glory by Christine Saunders

Redemption’s Glory by Christine Saunders

Take a minute to look at the painting above.

This painting was created when the artist was mad at herself because try as she might, she knew she would never be good enough. She would never be the perfect mom, never be the perfect spouse, never be the perfect daughter. All her failings as a person seemed too great and self-forgiveness seemed unattainable.

As she took her feelings out on the canvas and sunk further into despair, a light emerged from the depth. Instead of ignoring the light to continue on in weighted sadness, she chose to move with it. She chose to embrace the light.

Despite all the anger that was laid as the background of the painting, a beautiful story of unconditional love unfolded on top. A story of true redemption.

“The people living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.”

Matthew 4: 16

Below is a poem written just for you.

As you remember your past and dream of what could have been if things were different, spend the time getting to know who God is now.

He is the unchanging author of LIFE. The only one who can fully take on your troubles and deliver you from your deepest burdens.

Unseen Hope

They were not born and did not see light.

Out of sight but not alone,

Loving hands have taken them home.

Waiting for you to come and feel His loving embrace,

To receive His gift of grace.

No sin is too big, no loss too small,

Savior, Savior take them all.

Let go of shame and guilt,

Through Christ a new/renewed life can be built.

Surrounded by unfailing love,

Peace descending like a dove.

Loss is not the end,

Christ is your HOPE and friend.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give your rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Matthew 11: 28-30

As you add your Padlock…

Take a moment to think about the unborn child you are honoring right now at this very minute.

Let yourself imagine their face, their hands, their feet.

Even though you have missed out on seeing them in the flesh with your own eyes, know they are in the loving arms of their Father and forever paired with their Creator.

He has never lost them.

Your child has always been in His sight and will forever be loved.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Matthew 19: 14
